UX audit results.

 To conduct UX audit i went through all the pages of the site and tried to complete few tasks, like place order, search specific item, get in touch with manager, etc. When i came across any pain point i put it down on paper. To make the most of it, i did it in brainstorm style - i didn't analyze importance or reason behind it, but put down everything that i've noticed, even the tiniest details. Then i've grouped it into 2 categories - placing the order and UI of the main pages.

Placing the order

1. No filter and sorting

2. Item description is too low

3. Item availability is not visible until i click on item description

4. If item is out of stock - no info about expecting date of availability

5. Option "share on social media" below item - unnecessary

6. Item description is not structured. Every item has it differently

7. Buy button is not visible enough

8. Process of getting to cart is not simple enough. You need to hover, wait, read options, select option.

9. Messages like "item is added t cart" or "item is added to list" is not visible enough

10. Placing order steps are placed vertically, better to have it horizontally on the top

11. Unnecessary fields in address form (fax, company ID, etc.)

12. Delivery methods - not understandable, lack of options

13. Payment methods - lack of options

14. "new customer" registration is not active

15. Category you are in is not highlighted in list of categories

UI of the main pages

1. Main page - product photos are below the fold

2. Photos are too small, poor quaity

3. Logo on photo is unnecessary

4. Product name is too long (4 lines!)

5. Chat pop-up window is too annoying, not visible how to close it

6. Empty black fields on the sides, too wide

7. Top banner has no use

8. Search bar is placed above categories, not visible

9. Page "articles" is unnecessary

10. Online consultant placed twice. Confusing

11. Contacts are not in one place

12. Banner "order a game" is not visible

13. "Log in" and "register" are not visible enough

14. "delivery and payment" - too much confusing text

15. Product categories are in bad order. No logic here

16. Too many different fonts and font sizes

17. The second language is not working (UA)

18. When putting name in search bar, enter is not working

19. Design is not adaptive. Hard to use from smartphone
